✨ Meeting a stranger on the street: my personal approach ✨
I sometimes think back to how I used to react when people approached me on the street to get to know me. 😉 I've come to the conclusion that it all depends on the situation and the person themselves.
It’s important to remember that:
* I value my personal space. 😌 If I'm not comfortable, I'll politely decline to get to know them better.
* I’m not afraid to say “no.” 💪 If I don’t like how someone’s engaging me in a conversation, I’m not afraid to stop the interaction.
* I listen and observe carefully. 🧐 I assess the person’s behavior, their words, and gestures. This helps me determine if they are safe or not.
* I’m not afraid to ask for help. 🆘 If I’m not comfortable, I’ll turn to passersby or the police.
But if a person is polite, confident and not trying to push their way in, I’m open to getting to know them. 😊
What would I do if a man approached me on the street?
* I would smile at him and politely say “hello.” 😊
* I would ask him a few questions to get to know him better. 😉
* If I liked him, I would suggest meeting up somewhere else. ✨
But in any situation, I would try to feel confident and not be afraid to say “no.” 💪
