Heyyyyy! π A question I get often is: Do I prefer yoga or the gym? The truth is, I love both for different reasons!
π§ββοΈ Yoga: It's my go-to for flexibility, mental clarity, and relaxation. It keeps me grounded and centered, and I love how it challenges my mind just as much as my body. πΈ
πͺ Gym: When I want to focus on strength training and building muscle, the gym is my place. I love hitting weights and working on my endurance. π₯
