First day back working.....It’s safe to say I’m almost back ..

I suffered a lot the last year and I hate to say it but I was diagnosed with severe depression and PTSD. I have been doing nothing but focusing on baby, my mental health and my self. Self love is the best medicine you can have for something so shitty and horrific happening in your life, surrounding yourself with supportive and uplifting, motivating people. I don’t like black and white. My life is a colourful colouring in book ... and that’s how it is. Some pages aren’t t finished and some are torn out but I’m finally starting to feel “Billie” again.
