I think I've torn/ sprained my rotator cuff tendon in my shoulder 😭
the pain is excruciating when moving my arm certain ways
was lifting around 30kg awkwardly at a funny angle on one arm ... hope its just a light strain and not a tear, fingers crossed
am in my office tonight sending out customs and raffle prizes with a large glass of wine to numb the pain ... ouch
