

James here... I'll leave the solo naked pics to Jess. LOL. But I just got done working out and wanted to say a few things. First, I've lost 15 lbs in the last 6 weeks or so and I feel amazing! Jess and I made a little plan and we've been doing very well helping keep each other accountable. This is a super sensitive subject for me for many reasons (and I know it is for many of you). I lost 100lbs in 2005. I did full ironmans and marathons and started training triathletes. I got fitness and nutrition certifications and started making my living that way. Then, I got divorced and life got stressful in many ways and I gained weight. Then, I started posting my naked body on the internet for everyone to see. LOL. If being in the fitness and nutrition industry isn't enough pressure to be in shape, doing this will tip it over the edge for sure. Believe me. Through it all, I have tried to be gracious with myself and I feel like I've done that pretty well. Not to mention that Jess lets me know that I am sexy AF every chance she gets. She always reminds me how attractive she finds me. I aim to keep my focus on feeling healthy and not on attaining some model of what I'm supposed to look like, but I do also want to give y'all the best version of me that I can. So, I think, in some way, with the right mindset, this page has been an inspiration to be a better me in a healthy way. This post is getting way too long (typical for me), but thank you all for the inspiration. I'm going to keep going with consistent workouts and healthy eating and get a bit better every day.
