2020 was a tough year. Millions of Americans relied on Unemployment benefits to get by.
If you already filed your 2020 taxes and paid federal income tax on unemployment, you are eligible to file an amended return.

QUARTERLY TAX PAYMENTS????
In regards to your OF 1099 tax form, you may be required to pay quarterly estimated tax payments.

Tax day has been extended from April 15th to May 17th.
This is for US Federal taxes. State tax deadlines are TBD. This means you must file and pay by May 17th. My advice is to WAIT to file until the state deadlines are announced.
Also, If you received Unemployment Assistance in 2020, your first $10200 will be tax exempt.
