Well in the end we couldn’t make it happen and so we settled on a huge tree. 🙈
Not keen on the idea of cutting down a tree for Christmas but we made an exception this year as I’ve never done it before and we couldn’t find an alive one.
Honestly it’s been so much fun I’m just going to forgive myself and enjoy the novelty of having a real tree in the house ☺️

Been a slightly rough week mentally. Ethan has been away for a few days on a business trip and I obv managed to bang up my arm to the point where I can’t even tie up my hair or wash my own dishes. Guess I just need a few days to adjust to my new clumsy way of accomplishing things alone.
Will let you know what time Ella is coming tomorrow but for now here’s a throwback to last week when my arm was fully functional and we were messaging around with a bunch of crappy Christmas stuff Ethan found. 🧚♀️

Sorry for my silence these past few days - after our wonderful show with Ella on Saturday I decided to celebrate by going on a solo biking trip to a nearby town and I had an accident along the way. Nothing too serious thankfully but I did have to go to the hospital as I managed to fracture my elbow which means I won’t be able to do any sport with my upper body for a little while. I’m really disappointed as I gym and cycling have been going really well lately as I’m training for some big stuff happening next year. I’m also grateful that it wasn’t worse and trying to be positive. For now I’m getting used to my sling. Going to use the next few days for rest and editing some content :)
On the bright side - Ella loved hanging out with us and is coming back next weekend. Unfortunately I’ll be using only my left arm during our sexy times but I guess things could be worse hah :)
