Yesterday's training gave me a lot of insights. I always thought that it was me who needed a mentor, because otherwise i would be lazy, i would not want to do it myself and yesterday i felt some incredible surge of energy, taking responsibility for the training and for the team. Maybe now i will practice this more often๐ฅน๐
