Good morninggggg I’m back at my parents house and very excited to actually relax for the next two days! My extended family was quite exhausting so I unfortunately was on edge most of the trip (not the good edge 🥲) unless I was at the beach. It was still good to catch up with family I don’t see often though! But I’ll be celebrating Christmas with my immediate family this weekend and I’m really excited for that!! That will be real Christmas for me.
Anyway, I hope you all had nice Christmases !! And that family didn’t drive you up the wall too much hahah. Also that you didn’t get depressed about not having a significant other like I did 🥲 (My cousins and brother weren’t there because they ditched us for their SOs 💔 I’m handling it super well though hahahahha 😌 not) WHATEVERRR one day I’ll be with my person…. I’m back home and I’m soooooooo sad!!!! The cruise was absolutely amazing , 5 nights was nottttt enough!! We’re already planning the next one but it won’t be until this time next year probably. I can’t waittttttt

Hiii last week kindaaaa really sucked but I took Friday off because my Dad and I flew to another camping fly-in like we did last year if you remember!! It was such a nice chill weekend & I loved being outside so much. I think it helped but now I’m back home and work is being soooo annoying so I’m trying to keep the good vibes going 🤞I had movie night with friends last night & I got cuddles so that was nice!!

I went to Michigan last weekend for my Aunt’s memorial service so I’m still going through it (existential dread in full swing, I haven’t felt this out of sorts for this long in a while…… it’s giving, depression?) but at least I got apple cider and yummy donuts out of it! I generally like fall but it does get me down, I don’t like seeing everything die and know seasonal depression is right around the corner 🙃

Thanks for all the kind messages 🥹 Yesterday was another blah day that I couldn’t figure out how I felt or how to make myself feel better besides just sitting in it. I spent almost all day on my porch because the weather felt so fall! And then at night I pushed myself to see a friend and he made me tea and let me hang out in his home with his cat and start the new rings of power season while he went out partying which I did notttt want to do haha. And now I feel……. Slightly better?? Idk. I think I’m gonna go for a long walk today and then get brunch?? I hope you’re enjoying your weekend!!

Hiiiiiiii i think whenever I disappear from this page for a bit it’s either because life is really great or it sucks, and unfortunately recently it’s been because it sucks 🥲 my childhood family cat passed away in my arms this past Friday and it was absolutely fucking heartbreaking. We had an incredible 20 years together and I’m so thankful for that time but it was soooo hard to say goodbye since I don’t even remember life before her 😭 I keep randomly thinking about it & crying... I know I have to grieve and process but damn I am tired of crying!! I even made my therapist cry about it today too lol 😅
